Our beloved dogs who helped to make their mark in the show ring and for the breed, becoming part of the history of I.R.W.S.
Flambé was campaigned from a puppy to a champion and held the breed CC record for many years in the late eighties & early nineties, becoming the Top Dog & Stud dog for ten consecutive years, followed by one of his sons who we owned for another five years. Flambé was the sire of twelve champions and one of his daughters, Sh. Ch. Spyefire Pandoras Box, still retains the breeds bitch CC record to date.
With the help from others of Spyefire I.R.W.S we are very proud to have achieved over eighty CC’s to date, with many other top awards for the breed. We were also top breeders in the late nineties for three consecutive years. Our Spyefire Setters have also won BOB at Crufts, and Best Dog on numerous occasions in the past.
Having now bred five litters of I.R.W.S from our stock we have managed to produce twelve Champions, with four overseas champions, maybe another will be on the way from Switzerland!
